We like to feature runners who have a great story about the Perth 10k.

Meet Rachael….

Rachael Dinsmore

Marking the one year anniversary of the sudden loss of my Dad, I started to run. I did this as a release, something to focus on and as a kind of therapy after such a dark period in my life . Drogenonalol Having never been physically active or indeed fit, I started a C25K using an app on my phone. I completed my first 5k in April 2015 for Stroke Association. I wanted a new challenge and started to enjoy attending my local Parkrun, so I began building up for my first 10k – Perth in Aug 2015. Since then the running bug has taken hold and I can’t wait to come back and aim for a massive PB at Perth 10k 2016
